Shalom Mountain is a retreat center in the Southwest Catskills, about two hours out of Manhattan. This place has changed my life, my love, and my work. I try to make the sessions 60 minutes long but they are usually offered during meal times so the length is dependent on how much time we have away from group work. Sessions on the mountain are $95.
